Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities

We would be delighted to discuss sponsorship opportunities with you. Below is a list of the opportunities that are currently available:

  1. Dedicated space for 1 x 2m2 exhibition stand on the conference day (available to FOUR organisations only) plus your logo on the website with a live link to your own website
    Fee: £250 plus VAT
  2. Your corporate literature inserted into the delegate bags
    Fee: £150 plus VAT

Delegate and Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Booking conditions
All delegate and exhibitor fees are subject to VAT:

  • Early-bird delegate: £50 inc. VAT
  • NUT/student/pre subscriber delegate rate: £90 inc. VAT
  • Other delegate rate: £120 inc. VAT
  • Exhibitor stand: £250 plus VAT
  • Exhibitor insert: £150 plus VAT

A proforma invoice will be sent following confirmation of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. A VAT invoice will be sent following receipt of payment.

Cancellations policy
Cancellations made before 1st May 2008 will be charged at 50% of the attendance fee. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full attendance fee. Delegates may send a substitute if they are unable to attend. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
